Mary,
Thanks for making our 2011 so tasty and exciting: the brisket was great, I learned how to make polenta and my family and friends love the buttermilk chicken.
As soon as he weather turns wintery your pea soup will be on my table.
Wishes to you and yours for a healthy, happy 2012 and one that sees peace throughout the world!

Aunt Mary –
I haven’t had a chance to tell you how much I love reading all of your wonderful recipes! My mom recently made me a pot of Grandma’s Pea Soup and she often refers to her as one of the best “from scratch” cooks she has ever met! We have some midwest requests…. Your version of beef stroganoff and red beets with horseradish for Easter! Love you very much…will be seeing you soon! Coming to NY in March!
